The Convention Centre Dublin (The CCD) is Ireland’s world class purpose-built international conference and event venue.
Designed by Pritzker award-winning Irish-born architect Kevin Roche, The CCD has quickly become a landmark building. Its stunning design includes a unique glass-fronted atrium running the full height of the building, which gives visitors panoramic views of the River Liffey, Dublin city centre and the Wicklow mountains.
The CCD was designed around the delegate experience and offers 22 multi-functional, flexible rooms suitable for meetings, conferences and exhibitions of all shapes and sizes – from small corporate meetings to international congresses.
Getting there from the Marine Hotel
DART (25 minutes)
From the Dart station in Sutton, 400m from the Hotel front door, go to Connolly Station. Transfer to the Luas tram at Connolly Station for the 2 muniute trip to the Convention Centre or walk for 5 minutes.
BUS (25 minutes)
From outside the Hotel take the 431 bus to the city centre. Get out at Connolly Station. Transfer to the Luas tram at Connolly Station for the 2 muniute trip to the Convention Centre or walk for 5 minutes.
CAR (35 minutes)
From the Hotel take the Dublin Road to the city centre. As you reach the IFSC, stay left and turn left down INorth Wall Quay. The easiest way in is to turn onto Park Lane (first turn left after The CCD). Take the first left off Park Lane and turn left down the ramp to the car park.
When you go down the ramp, turn right for The CCD car park. Please note that when you park, you must use the designated lift to exit the car park and ascend to Ground Level and walk around to the main entrance.
