Aviva Stadium

The AVIVA Stadium, officially opened on 14 May 2010, is home to the Irish international and national rugby and football teams. With a capacity for 51,700 spectators the AVIVA Stadium is Ireland’s first and only UEFA Elite Stadium. It is also host to many outdoor concert events.

Getting there from the Marine Hotel

DART (30 minutes)
From the Dart station in Sutton, 400m from the Hotel front door, go to Landsdowne Road Station, located below the West Stand of the stadium. Walk 2 minutes to the stadium.

BUS (25 minutes)
From outside the Hotel take the 31 bus to the city centre. From here you may walk accross the Liffey by Butt Bridge or the Samuel Beckett pedrestrian bridge. Join City Quay and turn left. Turn right onto Cardiff Lane and continue onto Macken Street. Turn right onto Grand Canal Street and then follow directions to the entrance noted on your ticket.

CAR (40 minutes)
From the Hotel take the Dublin Road to the Landsdowne Road area. Parking will be restricted in all areas around the stadium and you may need to park in the city centre. The RDS may have parking available at the RDS Simmonscourt on Simmonscourt Road on a first come first served basis during events at Aviva Stadium (15 minute walk). As car park availability will vary daily, it is best to call the RDS for an update prior to your event at Aviva Stadium. Tel: 01 668 0866 (Monday – Friday). www.rds.ie
